James Branca graduated with honors from Hunter College in 1985 with a degree in Sociology. He began investing in real estate in New York City a few years later, designing and developing several projects. More recently he has turned his attention to properties in the Hamptons on Long Island, New York, where he has been involved in more than two dozen projects. His first property New York co-op the Hampton property was purchased for 23K  and the Hampton property was purchased for $90K.
